Description
The City and County of San Francisco Department of Public Health is reopening four unranked prequalified lists for as-needed technical assistance and consulting services supporting the San Francisco Health Network, Behavioral Health Services, and Population Health Division. Firms may apply for one or more categories: public health grant and research development; organizational development, technical assistance, and training; program evaluation and community needs assessment; and program implementation and project management. Applicants must submit the applicable minimum qualifications and customer certification materials for each selected category. Prequalification does not guarantee a contract; future work will be issued through task-order-based mini-RFPs or, for contracts at or below the minimum competitive amount, may be awarded without further solicitation. Resulting contracts may have varying terms, but may not exceed nine years. Category 4 applicants must meet one of the stated education, certification, or experience pathways for project management personnel.
