Description
McLean County, through its Behavioral Health Coordination Department, is soliciting applications for grants supporting essential community behavioral health services affected by unexpected or anticipated funding losses during 2026. Eligible applicants must provide behavioral health services to McLean County residents and may propose activities aligned with the 2026–2028 Behavioral Health Action Plan, particularly community engagement and outreach, service access and delivery, or workforce support. Total available funding is $60,527.25, with an anticipated one to six awards ranging from $5,000 to $60,000. Funded work and goods or services must be performed or received by December 31, 2026. Applicants must submit a completed application, a draft services contract in Microsoft Word format, a W-9, relevant certificates of insurance, and a funding budget breakdown. Awardees will be subject to financial documentation, performance reporting, audit, compliance, and other post-award requirements.
