Description
The City of Laconia is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver No. 2 fuel oil as needed from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Deliveries will serve municipal facilities, including community, library, park, fire station, water-works, and welfare locations. Estimated usage is approximately 21,350 gallons, but the quantities are informational only and are not minimum or maximum requirements. Buildings generally must be placed on automatic fill, with deliveries within three working days of an order between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; emergency deliveries must be made as quickly as practicable. The contractor must provide metered deliveries, comply with Federal Standard VV-F-815A and the specified sulfur limit, maintain comprehensive general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured, and submit a fixed price per gallon. The bid package includes a signed bid form, specifications-exceptions form, business and taxpayer identification information, and bid sheet.
