Description
The City of Laconia Public Works Department, Sewer Division, is requesting proposals for roof repair and replacement at the Shore Drive Pump Station. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing rubber membrane roof and associated roofing materials. The contractor must coordinate work with City staff to maintain pump-station operations and security, minimize service disruptions, comply with applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA requirements, protect existing structures and property, and restore disturbed areas upon completion. The proposal must include references for at least three recent customers with similar work and completed solicitation forms, including the general terms and conditions sheet, insurance requirements sheet, bid sheet, exceptions form, non-collusion certification, and business and taxpayer identification information. The anticipated work level is approximately $25,000 to $30,000, and performance and payment bonding may be required.
