Description
The Community College System of New Hampshire is soliciting one new 1-ton truck with a cab and chassis. Minimum specifications include a dual rear axle with limited slip, four-wheel drive, automatic transmission, gasoline fuel, a plow-ready package, power windows, and power mirrors. Example models include the Ford F-350, Ram 3500, and Chevrolet 3500; materially similar alternatives may be proposed. The bid price must include delivery and all other costs, with delivery to be completed no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The vendor must submit the completed Offer section, a W-9, and a bidder's certificate of insurance, along with product literature and specifications. This is a one-time purchase awarded as a purchase order, generally to the lowest conforming responsible bidder.
