Description
Lamar Consolidated Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive employee-benefits administration program effective September 1, 2027. The scope includes ASO medical administration, pharmacy benefit management, third-party administrator claims-payor services, dental administration, health savings account administration, COBRA administration, network access, utilization and case management, disease and behavioral-health management, wellness programs, telemedicine, nurse-line services, reporting, claims auditing, implementation, member communications, and related support. The district requests pricing and commissions for medical, dental, HSA, and COBRA services, along with specified annual and one-time credits or allowances. Proposals must use the district's standard templates and include an executive summary, completed pricing workbooks, required questionnaires and certifications, reference information, implementation details, and responses to extensive technical and administrative requirements. The initial term is one year with four optional annual renewals. The incumbent identified in the solicitation is UnitedHealthcare.
