Description
The City of Laconia Public Works Department is requesting bids for one new medium-sized walk-behind vibratory roller. The equipment must be suitable for sidewalk, patching, utility trench, and small-scale paving applications and meet specified performance requirements, including a gasoline engine of at least 5 horsepower, an approximately 18- to 24-inch drum, at least 10 inches of compaction depth, at least 3,200 pounds of centrifugal force, hydrostatic forward and reverse drive, an integrated water system with at least 7-gallon capacity, and an operating weight of approximately 500 to 700 pounds. Bidders must provide a firm, not-to-exceed price; manufacturer and model information; specifications demonstrating compliance; a manufacturer brochure and specification sheet; warranty information; estimated delivery time; and explanations of any deviations. The submission must also include the completed and signed General Terms and Conditions Sheet, Insurance Requirements Sheet, Bid Sheet, Specifications Exceptions Form, Certification of Non-Collusion, and Business and Taxpayer Identification Information form. Award will consider cost, specification compliance, warranty, and delivery time.
