Description
Lamar Consolidated Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive employee benefits administration program covering administrative services-only medical plans, pharmacy benefit management, third-party administrator claims-payor services, dental, health savings account administration, and COBRA administration. The scope includes claims administration, provider networks, utilization and case management, disease management, behavioral health, wellness, telemedicine, reporting, audits, member services, implementation, communications, performance guarantees, and related support. Vendors must address the requested commissions and provide pricing for the listed administrative and clinical programs. The proposal must use the district's standard electronic template and include completed pricing workbooks, required response attachments, an executive summary, and a standard proposal. The requested credits and allowances are a $120,000 annual general-purpose allowance, a $60,000 one-time implementation credit, a $30,000 annual wellness allowance, and a $60,000 annual communication allowance. The initial contract term is one year with four optional annual renewals, subject to board approval and mutual agreement.
