Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for interior painting at four buildings in Hopkinton and Weare, New Hampshire. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to prepare and paint approximately 8,309 square feet of interior walls, ceilings, floors, doors, door frames, cabinets, work benches, trim, and cased openings. Work includes wallpaper and adhesive removal, surface preparation, patching, priming, application of multiple paint types and colors, protection of furnishings and fixtures, cleanup, and waste disposal. The Government will furnish specified Benjamin Moore coatings valued at less than $900; the contractor must furnish the remaining paints, primer, and spackling compound. The quote must include a completed solicitation survey, a signed SF 18, completed pricing, and any signed material amendments. The survey requires prime-contractor experience, employee and personnel information, applicable certifications or certification plans, subcontractor and teaming-arrangement information if used, and up to three past-performance references. Technical, price, and past performance factors will be evaluated. The contractor must maintain an active SAM.gov registration at submission, and the work must be completed within 90 calendar days after award. A site visit is strongly recommended, and the solicitation schedules one for September 11, 2026.
