The Community College System of New Hampshire is soliciting snow removal services for Manchester Community College under RFP MCC27-01. The scope covers all campus parking lots, roadways, walkways, entryways, and emergency access roads. Addendum 3 revises the approximate quantities to 292,663 square feet of parking lots and 3,932 linear feet of roadways; the roadway area is additional to the parking-lot square footage, and roadway widths vary. The addendum also confirms that all parking lots and roadways on campus are included. Receipt of the addendum must be acknowledged with the Proposal Form, and the addendum must be signed; failure to acknowledge it may disqualify the bidder. The prior contractor was Prime Real Estate Management, with a previous contract price of $109,800.00.
