Description
The City of Laconia Public Works Department, Sewer Division, is seeking proposals for roof repair and replacement at the Shore Drive Pump Station. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace the existing rubber membrane roof and associated roofing materials. The contractor must coordinate with City staff to maintain pump-station operations and security, minimize service disruptions, comply with applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA requirements, protect existing structures and equipment, and restore disturbed areas. Proposals must include at least three recent similar-project customer references, the required completed and signed forms, and a lump-sum price. The selected firm must provide a certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured; performance and payment bonds may be required because the expected work is approximately $25,000 to $30,000.
