Description
NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center is seeking one new, road-legal 3,000-gallon ground support equipment refueling truck with dual compartments for diesel and gasoline and independent pumping systems. The truck must include a 2,200-gallon diesel compartment, an 800-gallon gasoline compartment, automatic transmission, Tier IV final engine, US DOT 406 compliance, CARB compliance, Stage II vapor recovery, dual electronic tank gauges, overfill protection, calibrated digital registers, 20 GPM diesel and 10 GPM gasoline pumping capacity, dual electric-retract dispensing reels, flow meters, canister filters, air conditioning, backup camera and alarm, static grounding reel, fire extinguisher, chock block holder, spill-kit storage, and operator, maintenance, and parts manuals. The vehicle must be delivered FOB destination to NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center within 180 days after receipt of order. The offer must include the solicitation number, proposed delivery schedule, discount or payment terms, warranty duration if applicable, taxpayer identification number, special commercial terms, and an authorized representative's signature. A Certificate of Conformance is required, and quotations will be comparatively evaluated on technical capability, price, and recent relevant past performance.
