Description
The Space Systems Command is providing program updates for three projected Strategic Services Vehicle commercial Advisory and Assistance Support BPA constellations: Financial Management Support, Security Support, and Engineering Support. Each is projected as a multiple-award, firm-fixed-price BPA with up to five awardees. Financial Management Support has an estimated magnitude of $47 million and is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside; Security Support has an estimated magnitude of $132 million and is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside; and Engineering Support has an estimated magnitude of $50 million and is a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside. The Financial Management Support RFQ was released through GSA eBuy as RFQ 1835805 on September 9, 2026, with a stated due date of October 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time. Security Support remains projected for the end of calendar-year 2026, and Engineering Support for the second quarter of calendar year 2027. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and does not request quotes or proposals; future RFQs will be posted on GSA eBuy.
