Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for PRC-117G radio accessory equipment for Travis Air Force Base. The requirement covers four complete accessory sets, including battery eliminators/transceiver power supplies, amplified speakers, foldable high-gain SATCOM antennas, integrated transceiver power-supply cases, H-250 handsets, 300-foot RG-58A/U coaxial cable spools, portable cable storage reels, and AT-197 broadband omnidirectional UHF antennas. All equipment must be new, with shipping and handling included. The offeror must complete the Vendor Information and Pricing section and the Contractor Responsibility Verification form, provide supporting documentation requested by that form, and submit a Technical Capability Statement demonstrating the ability to satisfy the Statement of Work. Evaluation will consider price, technical capability, and recent relevant past performance; recent means within the last three years. The requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
