Description
The Florida Department of Military Affairs is soliciting bids for linen services for the Lodging Office at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. The contractor will provide labor, materials, and linen items including pillowcases, flat sheets, bath towels, washcloths, VIP towels, rugs, and scraper mats, along with scheduled twice-weekly deliveries, additional deliveries as needed, and laundering services. The anticipated contract term is three years, beginning on or about October 1, 2026, and ending on or about September 30, 2029. The estimated annual expenditure is approximately $50,000. Vendors must be registered in MyFloridaMarketPlace, attend the mandatory pre-bid site visit, and submit hard-copy bids; electronic submissions are not accepted.
