The State of Rhode Island is requesting a fixed lump-sum quotation for 156 custom 30-by-92-inch CCRI pole banners, printed in full color by dye dispersion on Marine Acrylic (Sunbrella), with 3.5-inch top-and-bottom pole hems and grommets. The scope includes three banner designs using six images, digital and hard-copy proofs, setup, shipping, and any authorized alterations after the first proof. The vendor must also provide 156 sets of 30-inch single-banner brackets with epoxied fiberglass arms and four stainless-steel bands per set, totaling 624 heavy-duty 39-inch stainless-steel bands sized 39 inches by 5/8 inch. The banners and hardware installation system must be warranted against failure for 60 months from installation. The initial contract period is 12 months, with up to one additional 12-month renewal based on vendor performance and available funds. No bid, payment, or performance bond is required.
