Description
The New Mexico Health Care Authority is soliciting proposals for comprehensive project management and program support services for its Medicaid Primary Care Payment Reform Value-Based Payment Program. The contractor will provide project management and program administration, stakeholder engagement and communications, provider recruitment and outreach, provider technical assistance and education, meeting and event facilitation, program operations support, program evaluation, continuous quality improvement, strategic planning, reporting, and implementation support. The procurement is a recompete of project management work currently performed by Health Management Associates/HMA, whose contract is expected to end December 31, 2026. The program currently includes all New Mexico managed care organizations and 104 participating practices, with ongoing recruitment and technical assistance required. The initial contract term is one year, with three additional one-year renewal options. The contractor may use offshore resources for part of the services, and no general onsite presence is required except for certain in-person events.
