Description
Butler County, Ohio is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of cast-iron water mains on Netherland, Lois, and Horseshoe Bend with ductile iron. The contract includes furnishing all labor and materials required for the work. Bids must include the bidder’s full name and street address, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The project is OPWC-assisted and includes Ohio product, material, service, and labor preferences where practicable, prevailing-wage requirements, and applicable equal-employment-opportunity requirements.
