Description
The City of Philadelphia Water Department is soliciting contractor prequalification for Bid 2920, involving the relay of water mains and construction of green stormwater infrastructure on Hellerman Street from Loretto Avenue to Castor Avenue. The estimated value is $4 million to $5 million. This is a prequalification-only solicitation. Approved sellers will receive notice and be invited to participate in a subsequent closed bid solicitation. The submission includes a prequalification questionnaire, seller prequalification checklist, project specifications, plans, an amendment document, and a consent authorization form. Respondents must acknowledge any amendments, select “NO CHARGE” for the prequalification line item, and indicate whether the prequalification questionnaire is confidential.
