REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE The Purchasing Agent, County of Dutchess, Poughkeepsie, New York, hereby invites the submission of proposals for: Bid #RFP-DCP-105-26 Mobile Crisis Intervention Team Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Empire State Purchasing Group’s Regional Bid Notification System (BidNet Direct) Portal on or before 2:00 p.m., October 19, 2026. Description
Dutchess County is soliciting proposals from a qualified contractor to develop and operate a Mobile Crisis Intervention Team serving individuals with mental health challenges and substance use disorders throughout Dutchess County. The team will provide crisis response services and must be composed of licensed personnel. The proposal must include separate technical and cost submissions, required forms, staffing and experience information, and a detailed cost proposal. Insurance is required, and proposals must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal. Addendum 1 requires proposers to acknowledge the addendum and confirms that billing-revenue documentation must cover the full 2024 and 2025 service years. Piggyback contracting is not permitted.
