Description
Odyssey House is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of the existing HVAC system at its Parents with Children facility. The project is funded through Salt Lake City and is a federally financed community development project. The selected contractor must comply with Davis-Bacon Act prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements, as well as Section 3 requirements under the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Contractors must have a Universal Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Construction is expected to start in early November 2026.
