Description
This bid package covers Phase 1 demolition and enabling works for the Salt Palace Convention Center and Entertainment District redevelopment in Salt Lake City. The scope includes demolition, earthwork for site preparation, cutting and capping mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, and fire-alarm systems, and temporary framing. The work must support continued operations in portions of the convention center and Abravanel Hall, including maintaining egress, fire protection, fire alarm, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems serving occupied areas. The opportunity is a courtesy posting; proposals must be submitted through Building Connected rather than the county's public procurement portal.
