The County of Imperial is soliciting proposals from interested parties for the lease of its owned real property located at 450 W. Aten Road, Imperial, California. The property consists of a 65,315 square foot warehouse facility on 6.39 acres, zoned I-1 (industrial), with 220 parking spaces, office/support areas, loading access, and secured site improvements. The property is situated along Aten Road, near Highway 86 and the Imperial County Airport, and is close to El Centro and Brawley. Interested parties are encouraged to review all solicitation documents, including the Notice Inviting Proposals, Form of Lease Agreement, and Form of Guaranty of Lease Agreement. Written and oral lease proposals will be considered by the Board of Supervisors at a public hearing scheduled for October 6, 2026 at 11:00 am.
