The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground is conducting market research for a potential non-personal service contract supporting its data center critical power and cooling infrastructure. The anticipated requirement includes hardware replacement, software updates, scheduled preventive maintenance, manufacturer-level remote technical support, on-site emergency response, technical repairs, component replacement, system restoration, and incident reporting. The draft Performance Work Statement requires 24/7/365 remote technical support with a response time of no more than 30 minutes, scheduled quarterly, semiannual, and annual preventive maintenance, and Schneider Electric IT on-site infrastructure response with next-business-day response. The contractor must provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other resources; maintain a quality control plan and safety plan; support installation-access and background-check requirements; and perform work at the Yuma Proving Ground Network Data Center. This is an RFI/sources-sought notice for capability and market research, not a request for pricing or proposals.
