Description
Yuma County Department of Public Works is soliciting bids for new replacement and additional fleet vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, passenger vans, pickup trucks, and other specialty vehicles. The solicitation identifies nine vehicle categories with estimated quantities, including Ford F-150 trucks, Ford Expeditions, mid-size sedans, a passenger minivan, half-ton and three-quarter-ton pickups, a mid-size four-wheel-drive pickup, a mid-size SUV, and a three-quarter-ton utility-bed pickup. Vehicles must be current-production, new and unused, and meet the detailed specifications for model year, drivetrain, fuel type, safety and convenience features, paint, accessories, lighting, utility equipment, and other required options. Bidders must complete the supplied Offer Agreement and Bidder Response forms, provide unit and extended pricing including taxes, warranty information, delivery estimates, vehicle specifications, and required minimum-qualification documentation. The contract may be awarded to multiple bidders and purchases will be made as required through purchase orders. Vehicles must be delivered fully assembled, serviced, equipped, and ready for operation, with applicable manuals, manufacturer documentation, warranty materials, and title-related documents. The bid requires one original and one copy in a sealed envelope; emailed and faxed bids are not accepted.
