The City of Calexico is requesting proposals from qualified landscape architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary design firms to develop conceptual plans and cost estimates for improvements to Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park. The park spans 15 acres and currently includes a soccer field, children's play area, exercise machines, and three baseball diamonds. The selected consultant will prepare three conceptual park design alternatives based on community input, conduct site analysis, facilitate community engagement meetings, and provide phased cost estimates. The contract is expected to commence on October 30, 2026, and continue through October 30, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions.
