Description
The Bureau of Land Management's Yuma Field Office requires vehicle towing as the primary service, along with removal and disposal of abandoned vehicles, portions of vehicles, camps, household garbage, spilled fluids, and related debris on BLM-managed lands. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, materials, and personal protective equipment; comply with applicable safety, environmental, transportation, and disposal laws; maintain a secure storage location; and complete removal within 48 hours of notification. Services include portable and non-portable automobiles, pickup trucks and vans, motorhomes up to 40 feet, buses, travel trailers, storage trailers, and other conveyances. The contractor must provide before-and-after site photographs, designate a primary point of contact, document communications, and submit pricing for light- and heavy-duty hookup fees, mileage, after-hours charges, site-cleanup labor, and total pricing. The contract has a one-year base period with up to two one-year option periods.
