Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), District 11, is seeking a contractor to perform culvert rehabilitation on Route 111 at six locations in Imperial County, California. The project involves repairing six culverts using Cured-in-Place-Pipe Liner (CIPP) technology and repairing headwalls through concrete spall repair. The work will require the use of specialized equipment including a vactor truck, CCTV/Cure truck, and a service truck. This is a Notice of Exemption (NOE) under Categorical Exemption 15301, as the project consists of minor maintenance and repairs to existing state property with no expansion of use.
