Description
Columbia County is seeking a qualified mental health provider to serve inmates at its county jail. The scope includes evaluating inmates and prescribing mental health medications, conducting at least two onsite clinics per month, providing onsite emergency mental health availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year, performing regular follow-ups for suicidal inmates, reporting concerns to Jail Administration, and providing written documentation. The initial service period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with an option to extend through 2028–2030 by mutual agreement. The provider must demonstrate Wisconsin licensure for itself and assigned professional staff, pass required background checks, maintain specified insurance, and submit qualifications, staff experience, similar engagements from the prior three years, a technical proposal, cost proposal, and signed forms.
