Description
The Utah Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting multiple qualified providers to operate residential treatment programs. The specified service selections include an eight-bed male program for moderate-level youth with problematic sexual behaviors and a twelve-bed female program for high-level mental and behavioral health needs. Services include intensive, individualized clinical and non-clinical treatment, milieu supervision, family visitation and behavioral-skills training, education or vocational coordination, transportation, healthcare coordination, Medicaid services, transition planning, and aftercare. Offerors must have at least two years of experience serving similar populations, a physical facility in Utah, the required residential treatment or intermediate secure-care license, and a DHHS clinical and related services contract. Proposals must address the mandatory requirements and technical criteria, including admission practices, length of stay, evidence-based treatment models, behavior interventions, family engagement, and an example aftercare plan. The solicitation states that contracts will be issued at DHHS-established rates and will have a five-year term; no cost proposal is required.
