Description
The City of Greeley is soliciting a contractor to inspect 99 Phase 2 properties and homes before construction associated with relocating water services from backyard mains to new street mains. The work includes coordinating inspections with homeowners or tenants; documenting utilities, existing water services, irrigation systems, interior connection points, and relevant property features; recording findings in the City's Survey123 form; and providing photographs and video of relevant facilities. The contractor must develop an individual work plan for each property showing the proposed service-line alignment, curb stop and meter-pit location, interior or exterior connection approach, and abandonment procedures. Work plans must be submitted to the City Project Engineer for approval and revised as directed. The contractor must attend up to 13 biweekly, two-hour progress and work-plan review meetings. Proposals must include a cover letter, qualifications and company information, minimum-qualification response, similar project experience and references, approach, a proposed 180-day project schedule, pricing by task and property, Proposal Acknowledgement, Debarment Form, and the completed pricing schedule. A single Microsoft Word or PDF file under 20 MB is required, with a 20-page proposal limit excluding specified cover and preliminary pages.
