Description
Larimer County is issuing a notice of final settlement for Bid B25-10, Project 348, involving guardrail work at County Roads 56, 74E, and 38E. The settlement concerns the completed contract with Ideal Fencing Corp, LLC. Persons or entities with unpaid claims for labor, materials, supplies, or related project costs may file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid with the Larimer County Engineering Department by email or physical mail. Claims must be received by 4:30 p.m. on October 22, 2026.
