Description
The U.S. Army, through Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground Orlando Division, is issuing a Call for Solutions for Synthetic Training Environment Virtual Software. The effort seeks rapid, cost-effective, technically sound solutions supporting a doctrinal gate to live fire, a true combined-arms environment, full mission-command concurrency, and an open architecture with published SDKs and APIs for user manipulation and rapid integration of future capabilities. The opportunity covers five software capability lots and requires mature, fielded or commercially available solutions with integration, interoperability, training-management, analytics, data-rights, and enterprise-support capabilities. Offerors may propose for one or multiple lots. The revised schedule includes a September 28, 2026, solution deadline, October 20–22 demonstration pitches, October 30 selection notices, and anticipated awards on November 13, 2026. The anticipated combined value remains approximately $250 million, with multiple FAR contracts or Other Transaction agreements potentially awarded.
