Description
Arapahoe County is competitively selecting a qualified contractor to replace the fire alarm control panel and upgrade fire alarm devices for the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office FACP Replacement and Device Upgrade Project. The scope requires the contractor to provide the necessary products and services, including permitting, materials, installation, testing, inspections, and related project work. The solicitation requires contractor licensing, certification or training, employee background checks, insurance, warranty information, a bid guaranty, and a performance bond. The attached package includes the Request for Proposal, Contractor Bid Worksheet, and NDA Information form. A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting is required, and proposals must be submitted electronically as one file through the designated procurement portal.
