Description
Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is soliciting a firm-fixed-price proposal for the fabrication and installation of a Low Conductivity Water (LCW) Pump Room Piping System supporting the Proton Improvement Plan II. The scope includes installation of centrifugal pumps, a heat exchanger, an expansion reservoir tank, deionization and particulate-filter skids, process instrumentation, piping, valves, fittings, structural supports, pump foundations, and associated electrical work. The subcontractor must furnish the required labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, quality control, safety oversight, and construction services. The work requires compliance with applicable ASME piping and welding standards, Fermilab environmental, safety, health, quality, pressure-testing, and documentation requirements. The proposal must include separate technical and business/cost sections, a firm-fixed price, a project timeline, evidence of at least ten years of comparable contractor experience or equivalent key-personnel experience, examples of prior work, references, the completed pricing form, bid guarantee, Subcontractor Annual Representations and Certifications, Proposal Certifications, Construction Environmental, Safety & Health Certification, Injury/Illness Questionnaire, and other required proposal materials. The successful offeror will also be required to provide payment and performance bonds and insurance before performance, while the solicitation requires a bid guarantee with the proposal.
