Description
The Société québécoise des infrastructures is conducting an open solicitation for construction work to fit out new administrative office space for the client. The scope includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, technology, and security interventions required for occupancy. The work must be completed within 26 weeks from the contractually specified start date or written authorization. The probable start window is December 1, 2026, through January 5, 2027. Bidders must hold the required construction qualifications and licenses, including an appropriate private-security-agency permit held for at least one year. The solicitation also requires Quebec or Canadian construction work and at least 15% Quebec or Canadian materials and equipment by value. A bid guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount is required.
