Description
The Community College System of New Hampshire is requesting qualifications from firms to join a pre-qualified vendor roster for architectural and engineering services. The scope includes architectural design, planning and utilization, construction administration, engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and civil engineering, site testing, code compliance, and potentially building and systems commissioning when offered alongside engineering design, design-build expertise, or other listed services. The initial eligibility period is three years, with the possibility of an additional three-year period. The total contract amount is not to exceed $400,000, and inclusion on the roster does not guarantee a contract or project. Individual projects will generally be offered to consultants whose credentials match the need; larger projects may be competed through an RFP among shortlisted consultants. Project evaluations may consider qualifications, similar projects, past performance, workload, experience, minority status and participation, and status with the system. Responses must include the Statement of Qualifications Form, a W-9, a certificate of insurance or acceptable sample, and acknowledgment of Addenda 1 and 2 on the Proposal Form. Addendum 2 confirms that a separately formatted Statement of Qualifications may be submitted if it follows the form's content requirements and order; the seven-page limit still applies, while resumes may be included as supplemental information.
