Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotes from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses for one new 2026 Bobcat UW56 utility work machine and one new 2026 Bobcat S86 T4 skid steer loader. The requirement is brand-name only and includes specified configurations, accessories, and attachments, including a snow blower, heavy-duty buckets, cutting edges, road and deluxe packages, cameras, lighting, control packages, and related equipment. The equipment must be procured through Bobcat or an authorized dealer to preserve the stated warranties, be manufactured in America, and be delivered together within 45–60 days after receipt of order. The UW56 requires a one-year machine warranty and an additional one-year engine warranty; the S86 T4 requires a two-year or 2,000-hour warranty. Evaluation factors are price, past performance, and speed of delivery.
