Description
The Peru Housing Authority in Peru, Indiana, is soliciting bids for a shingled roof replacement project. The work, as detailed in construction documents prepared by Design House Architects and Designers LLC, includes the roof replacement and associated tasks. Bids must be submitted as a lump sum in a single package using the provided forms. All bidders must include a non-collusion affidavit, a completed HUD form 5369-A, and a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
