Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is conducting market research to identify potential sources for Alaris Software Management Services. These services are intended for the Veteran Health Indiana (VHI), Northern Indiana VA Medical Center, and may be required throughout Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. The scope of work includes providing software management services for the Alaris Infusion System server and software components. This encompasses software enhancements, technical support, data collection, and analytics. Specific tasks include on-site nursing clinical support training, workshops for CQI Reporter software, access to online education, and tuition for system data workshops. The contractor will also provide technical telephone support, data support, and real-time monitoring of the Alaris Systems Manager. Software updates, maintenance, and emergency repair services are also part of the requirement. The period of performance is from July 27, 2026, to July 26, 2027.
