Description
Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (CityBus) is soliciting bids for construction services to upgrade the existing gas monitoring system at multiple buildings within their facility located in Lafayette, Indiana. The project is fully funded through the Federal Transit Administration and requires adherence to federal procurement guidelines. Contract documents are available for review and purchase from ARC Document Solutions. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the project site. Bidders are encouraged to visit the sites at their convenience and may contact Mr. Shawn Coffman for site access arrangements. Bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, financial statement, and a bid bond or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount.
