The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, NCO 10 Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order for Safe Label Systems SLS 550i and related items. These systems are required to meet the current Cerner integration for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System - Fort Wayne Campus. The specific items requested include: - Five (5) SLS550 Safe Label Systems SLS 550i - Five (5) SLS500-SHELF-08 SLS500i Shelves with drawers and mounting kits - Five (5) SLS-TYPE2-STRKIT Starter Kits (including labels and ink cartridges) - One (1) SLS500-AT-S SLS Administration Tool Software Application Site License - Five (5) SLS500KY-SASS SLA Advanced Smart Scanning Feature Key Single System Licenses - Five (5) SLS500KY-CENUM Feature that allows specific SLS user lists to deploy to specified or all SPS PCSs - One (1) SLS-INSTALL Installation by Codonics personnel (USA only, Day 1 & 2 only) - Freight Delivery is to be made to the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Fort Wayne Campus, Rehabilitation Medicine, 2121 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN 46805. The anticipated award is a firm fixed-price purchase order. The government believes Codonics Inc. is the only source capable of meeting this requirement.
