Description
The City of Mishawaka, St. Joseph County, Indiana, is soliciting bids for the construction of a new Police and Fire Training Facility. The project scope includes the construction of a post-frame building with framing, roofing, siding, insulation, overhead and service door installation, heated bathrooms, and a concrete floor slab. Electrical services and associated appurtenances are also included. Site preparation will be completed by others. The substantial completion date is November 20, 2026, and the final completion date is December 18, 2026.
