Description
Greencastle Community School Corporation is soliciting sealed bids for improvements to the Greencastle High School Baseball Field & Softball Field Complex. A single prime General Contract will be issued for all work. Bids will be received until June 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time and delivered to the Greencastle Community School Corporation Administration Office at 1002 Mill Pond Lane, Greencastle, Indiana 46135. Bids will be publicly opened at the same location immediately after the deadline. All bids must be submitted on the Indiana Form 96 bid form, included in the Project Manual. A 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and materials payment bond are required. A 5% bid security in the form of an acceptable bid bond or certified check must accompany each bid. Bidders must comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations of the United States and Indiana, and follow Indiana Public Bidding rules, including pre-qualification through the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA). Questions regarding the project should be directed in writing to the Owner Representative, Kramer Inc.
