Description
Warrick County Parks Board is soliciting bids for the construction of a new gatehouse at Scales Lake, located at 800 West Tennyson Road, Boonville, IN. The project involves building a 1935 square foot facility that will include offices, a conference room, restrooms, a kitchen/break area, a service area, a retail store, and a 418-square-foot canopy pavilion. Additional work includes pavement, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, landscaping, electrical and plumbing installations, and area lighting. The project also requires the demolition of the existing gatehouse. This is a firm-fixed-price, turnkey construction project. Contractors must comply with all applicable state and federal codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations. All requirements are detailed in the Request for Proposal document.
