Description
The City of Evansville Fire Department, on behalf of the Board of Public Safety, is soliciting bids for Station 1 Roof Renovations. Bid documents will be available starting June 17, 2026. Sealed bids will be received by the City-County Purchasing Department until 12:45 PM CST on July 8, 2026, at Room 323 of the Civic Center Complex, 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Evansville, Indiana, 47708. Bids delivered after 12:45 PM must be delivered to the Board secretary by 1:00 PM CST on July 8, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and will be read aloud at Board of Public Safety meeting in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex. Proposals must comply with specifications and include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Evansville Board of Public Safety, equivalent to 5% of the total bid amount, as evidence of good faith. Applicable taxes are covered in the specifications and Bid Forms; Federal Taxes and Indiana Sales Tax will not apply. The City/County reserves the right to award separate contracts and to reject any or all bids.
