Description
The Indiana Army National Guard, through the State Armory Board, is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of the boiler at Stout Field Building 3, located at 2002 S Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. This project is valued by the State Armory Board at over $150,000 and is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Bidders must be Certified Contractors with a valid Certificate of Qualification from the Certificate Board in the relevant classification. Proposals must be submitted via email to contractingpublicbid@ago.in.gov by 9:00 AM EDT on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Bids will be read aloud via conference call at 10:00 AM EDT on the same day. A bid bond of at least five percent (5%) of the maximum bid is required. The contract award will be made or rejected within sixty (60) calendar days of the bid opening. This project has established goals for MBE (7%), WBE (5%), and IVBE (3%).
