Description
The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting bids for the construction of a UAS Maintenance and Storage Facility located at 232 Eggleston Street, Edinburgh, IN 46124. The project is valued by State Contracting at over $150,000. Bids must be submitted via email to Elysia Justice at contractingpublicbid@ago.in.gov by 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026. A bid bond of at least five (5%) percent of the maximum bid is required, made payable to the Adjutant Generals Office, State of Indiana. Bidders must be Certified Contractors with a Valid Certificate of Qualification 1542.01 from the Certificate Board at the time of bid opening. The contract award or rejection will occur within sixty (60) calendar days of the bid opening. MBE goals are 7%, WBE goals are 5%, and IVBE goals are 3%. Contract documents can be purchased from Repro Graphix Inc. in Indianapolis. All RFIs and project substitution requests must be submitted in writing by June 24th, 2026, by 5:00 PM EST to Jim Milan at JMilan@CSOinc.net.
