Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, is intending to negotiate a sole-source purchase order for Temporal Artery Thermometers (Part Number 010-2157-00). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The vendor for this acquisition is SpaceLabs Healthcare LLC, located in Snoqualmie, WA. The specific Temporal Artery Thermometer requested is the Exergen Thermometer with a coiled USB cable, and 110 units are required. These thermometers are necessary to meet the current Cerner integration requirements for the Fort Wayne Campus. The delivery location will be the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC in Indianapolis, IN.
