Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for maintenance services for Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) Depot test equipment. This requirement includes an option for repair services, to be available from the date of award through one year. This procurement is being conducted on a sole source basis with Optronic Laboratories, LLC, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), due to their exclusive proprietary processes and control over the necessary technical data. The OEM is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling this requirement, as alternative systems would result in unacceptable integration issues. All responsible sources are invited to submit a capability statement, though the government reserves the discretion to not compete the procurement.
